1. REFLECT: UNHEALTHY THINKING PATTERNS

Unhealthy thinking patterns limit our ability to understand ourselves and those around us. They limit our productivity, our conflict resolution skills, and block our potential, leaving us feeling discontented with ourselves.

2. TRANSFORM: CHOOSE HEALTHY PATTERNS

Self Discovery Through Art is an innovative program that helps participants to identify unhealthy thinking patterns in themselves and in others. They learn new ways of thinking and behaving through a guided creative process.

3. PROCESS: ART AS THERAPY

Participants make, build or design art in a guided session. Through the creative process and reflective exploration they begin to gain a clearer understanding of distorted thinking patterns and how to correct them.
